The pier overlooking the bay and sea is wonderful, rooms were clean and tidy and facilities were great. Wifi in particular was excellent in our room and the dining facilities were numerous and food quality was high. When we came to check out the reception staff could not have been more helpful.
We were upgraded to an Executive Suite, a modern 3-bedroom apartment fully equipped with parental suite and Miele appliances in the open kitchen. The apartment had ocean views and a small patio. The hotel has its own pier with restaurants and bar. Even though we were on a 1-night layover from Diani, we had enough time to try two of the restaurants and the spa -- I highly recommend the Elemis facial! Breakfast in the main restaurant was really good. When our flight to Nairobi was delayed, the hotel let us check out later free of charge.
I have stayed here many times, and each time gave a review. This specific stay was short, and I checked in late. I can't say much, but will be there in July
